This website is operated by Global Infrastructure Hub (ABN 46 602 505 064).  These terms of use set out some basic rules for all users of our website to follow.

We may change the terms of use from time to time, and if we do the changes will be effective immediately upon the terms being published on the site.  By using the site, you accept the most current terms of use, and agree to be bound by any other laws or regulations which apply to this site.  If you do not accept these terms of use, you must refrain from using this site.

Dos and Don’ts

We have some basic rules for everyone to comply with, to ensure the site is secure and everyone can enjoy using it.

Please browse and interact with the site in the way the site is intended to be used, for your own personal use.  The website is for your use only, and you may not sell or resupply it to another person.

You must not use the site:

  • (a) to avoid any security or functionality limitations;
  • (b) fraudulently or illegally, including by defaming, menacing or harassing people – no scamming and no trolling!;
  • (c) to access to or interfere with any online resources or systems that you don’t have authority to access – no hacking!;
  • (d) to send unsolicited emails, including bulk unsolicited emails – no spamming!;
  • (e) in any way that risks our platform being hit with a virus or other malware, or to attack anyone else’s systems with viruses or malware – no DDOS attacks!;
  • (f) in a way that infringes our or someone else’s intellectual property rights (for instance, by uploading content you don’t own or don’t have proper permission to upload);
  • (g) to engage in data mining, scraping, crawling, email harvesting or other bulk-query function;
  • (h) to upload, display, or transmit illegal material or content (like content that promotes violence, is sexually explicit, discriminatory, or harassment); or
  • (i) to upload, display, or transmit content which we find offensive or inappropriate.

If you breach the terms of use, we will remove your access to the site.
